CAD Integration

Built by the community, for the community. Every integration we build is shared with everyone.

The traditional integration model:

Most vendors charge every customer separately for the same integration work, even when the CAD platform is identical. The same API, the same code, the same configuration. But every agency pays as if it's being built from scratch. We think there's a better way.

How Civitae Voice does it differently

PSAPs help each other. Our integration model works the same way.

1

First customer on a CAD platform

You share your CAD vendor's API documentation (which you already have as a licensed customer). We work together to build and test the integration. No charge.

2

It goes into the library

Once built and tested, that CAD integration becomes a permanent part of the Civitae Voice platform. Available to every future customer on the same system.

3

Next customer? Already done.

Customer #2 on the same CAD picks it from a list, enters their credentials, and they're connected. No integration work. No waiting. No fee.

Standard CAD Operations

Create Case

Bot collects caller info and submits a new incident to your CAD system automatically. All fields mapped to your system's format.

Update Case

Caller calls back with additional information? Bot updates the existing case record in your CAD with the new details.

Lookup Case

"What's the status of my report?" Bot looks up the case in your CAD and reads the current status back to the caller.

Supported CAD Platforms

We're building our integration library with early customers now. If your CAD system has a REST API, we can integrate it, and once we do, every future customer on that platform benefits.

Your CAD vendor's documentation stays with you. We build the integration together, test it on your system, and add it to the platform. Your peers on the same CAD get it automatically. That's how this should work.

We respect your CAD vendor's licensing. Before any integration begins, we verify that your agency's license includes API access and that our use complies with your vendor's terms. We want to work with CAD vendors, not around them.

Using a CAD system without a standard API? We have options for legacy systems too, including process automation that can work with closed systems at a fraction of what your CAD vendor might charge for API access.

Legacy integrations and custom automation are handled through Aetheria Systems, our professional services arm, under a separate engagement. Let's talk about what you need.
