Overage Policy

We give you a 20% buffer free. Beyond that, $0.15/minute. We never interrupt your service. Your bot keeps answering calls no matter what.

What's a Billable Minute?

Two-way interaction time on your non-emergency line. Per-second billing rounded to the nearest 6 seconds. Hold time and dead air don't count.

Optional: SMS Confirmations

Available on every plan at no extra charge. Enable it in your admin portal and callers get a text with their case number. SMS activation takes 3-5 business days (A2P registration).

No Contracts

Month-to-month. Cancel anytime. $0 setup fee. If the product doesn't work for you, walk away. We'd rather earn your business every month.
